Papa John's Sweet Sticks and Pizza Special

Today we tested out the new Sweet Sticks from Papa John pizza. We ordered the pizza special that had a large pizza and an order of the Sweet Sticks for $13.99. We were pleasantly surprise how many you got with an order. The Sweet Sticks were actually pretty good. Personally I am not a big fan of the whole dessert entree coming from a pizza shop, but were tasty! They consisted of their pizza dough cut into strips, baked, and topped with your choice of Caramel or Cinnamon topping. We went for the cinnamon.

The pizza that we got with the deal was a Large with pepperoni and then half mushroom and the other half black olive. This pizza was baked decently, seems as if it may have been yanked out of the oven a little soon? For some reason it just didn't have that nice golden bake all the way around. The toppings were nice and plentiful and they were distributed nicely. All in all, the pizza was decent.
