Donato's Pizza Big & Meaty Wings and Pizza Review

A $0.39 challenge, how could we pass this one up. Donato's Pizza has the Big & Meaty wings for $0.39 with any Lg pizza purchase. Wow, Big & Meaty they were and they blow away the wings from and other big pizza chain. For the challenge, we ordered up some BBQ and some mild wings. These bad boys were incredible! Crunchy and just the right amount of sauce! They were cooked in the oven, but they didn't have that rubbery taste like some of the other pizza shops. I'm not sure if they cook them longer, but what ever they did, they won me over. I had all but given up on wings unless I got them from a shop that fried them. 

For our large pizza, we order the original Donato's pizza crust with pepperoni. There is supposed to be 100 pepperoni on their pepperoni pizza's and once again, the smell over whelmed me and I forgot to count. All I can say, is if there wasn't 100, they had to be pretty darn close because it was loaded. The pizza had a great bake to it and the topping distribution was on target. I also have to commend them on their cutting job, I can't ever remember getting a pizza from Donato's that the pizza wasn't cut all the way through. Don't you just hate it when you open up the box and grab a slice and you end up grabbing half the pizza. Donato's must keep their pizza knife sharpened at all times. Over all experience was an A+
