Donato's Pizza Stromboli

Donato's Pizza introduces their new stromboli. As the singer Meatloaf said, 2 out of 3 ain't bad. We tested 2 different recipes, the pepperoni and the three meat. When you order one of Donato's pizza stromboli's, you get a side of sauce to dip with. They were both tasty, well filled, and nicely baked. The only real downside we came across, was that we were still hungry! The stromboli wasn't very filling. I suppose Donato's brought out this product to compete with the P'zone from Pizza Hut. In my mind, the clear cut winner is the P'Zone. If you are going to give the stromboli a try, which I do suggest, make sure you order a side item. So to recap the taste and the price is great, but the hunger buster just wasn't there.. After chowing down this creation, the only thought that came to my mind was - Great taste - Less filling. I guess that is why they are listed in the starter section of their menu.
