California Pizza Kitchen

Today we did something a little different. We've been wanting to test out California Pizza Kitchen, but there isn't one close to us. So we went to the grocery store and picked up a frozen California Pizza Kitchen frozen pizza. All I can say is WOW! This pizza was awesome and I can't wait to visit a CPK restaurant. We picked up the Sicilian pizza ($6.95) and it was loaded pretty well with toppings for a frozen pizza. The Sicilian pizza was topped with Zesty marinara sauce, Italian sausage, Reduced fat mozzarella cheese, Fontina cheese, Spicey ham, Salami, Parmesan cheese, and Basil all on a thin crust. The instructions were simple, bake at 400 degrees for approximately 11 minutes. The smell from the pizza cooking got me excited and then the taste was superb! I must say, this pizza DID NOT taste like your typical grocery store frozen pizza! Well Done!
