She ask a male who said " tell them we aint part of that, we dont do coupons" so when she got on the phone with me I asked her if they were part of Fox's Pizza Den , she said yea but we dont accept coupons, I wated a second for her to say something but she just hung up the phone. So I called them to try to order, they tried to charge me $16 for a big daddy when the online ordering said I could get it for $9.99. I told the woman who answered the phone this and she said one second, I then heard her telling somebody my problem and they told her something that I couldn't hear. She told me that her manager told her to tell me to order it the normal way, so I asked if I could still get it for $9.99 and she asked her manager then said 'no'..what's up with that? Joan Punxsutawney - Pa I have been a loyel Fox's customer for years, and lately in the past month we have been oedering a lot. I must say that I have been greatly disappointed. The first mistake happened when I ordered a steak sub with cheese, lettuce, onion, and peppers. It appived with mayonaise and mushroom also. I alergic to mushrooms. A week later I ordered another sub and this time I placed the exact same order and told them onion , lettuce, and peppers, Nothing Else. When it arrived, lo and behold there where the mushrooms. Well two weeks went by and tonight we decided to order again thinking they would get it right this time. They did , but guess what no steak sub it was a steak salad !!!! I even told then a 6 in. I dont't think salads come in that size. This time I think you lost my business for good and I'm really sorry about that. Up until now I really enjoyed it.
